where is your money safer now, Murrey? in a StGauden gold coin, or QQQ share?

Because I own many St Gauds (they are, IMO, the most beautiful of all coins), I would like to say the coins would be safer, but I can't honestly say that is the truth. Ask anyone who bought what they thought was a MS64 St Gaud, only to find out it came back from PCGS graded as a MS62 or 63.

To place all your emphasis in one sector is foolish. That holds true for precious metals, Jim.

If you are right, it would be safer in coins, but is it safer in a Y2K eagle or the St. Gauden? Agree the SG is a beautiful coin. Everybody should go in to a dealer just to look. Sort of shows why gold has been valued thruout history.
