Flapjack, Speaking of McCarthy, did you know that Henry Wallace (President Franklin Roosevelt's Vice President from 1941-1945) said that: Had FDR died when he was VP, he (Wallace) would have appointed a couple men (one as Secretary of State, the other Secretary of the Treasury), who latter, turned out latter to be Soviet Spies. pg. 109; The Mitrokhin Archive, Andrew and Mitrkhin, 1999. p.s. according to the book, Alger Hiss really was a spy (and that FDR's Administration probably knew, but chose to not believe it).
