Where do you think the most suitable location would be for the "detainees"?

If this were a war the detainees are entitled to substantially the same housing as their guards. This is according to the Geneva convention. I find it amusing that Bush will be eligible to be tried as a war criminal at the end of this operation. I realize that as a practical matter he will probably beat the rap, but that is his legacy.
