Existing shareholders can trade rights now as settlement will be next week, after date of record. You have it right on today's prices, add together share price + rights price. The rights should physically show in accounts next monday if the back offices can get their act together.

The heck with the rights. With the stock trading in the mid twenties, I figure it is smarter to buy the stock. I know a person could make some huge short term gains by playing the rights, but it could also turn out to be a losing proposition come the end of the month.
