Intel servers lack stability. At least, that's been my experience. That's the honest truth. I've many problems with Intel servers over the years, but almost none with AMD servers. Your article quotes a writer, fed by Intel PR people. I manage systems. You might want to note the information in Steve's post: Current Athlon has 2 unfixed errata, current P4 has 18 unfixed errata. amd.com ftp://download.intel.com/design/Pentium4/specupdt/24919920.pdf No wonder why I have more trouble with the Intel servers than the AMD servers.
