when executives leave orcl it is bad because they cannot get along with le. when executives leave msft it is a positive because it is an act of streamlining.

personnally, i think that the bozo's that leaviing that directed msft to get into msn, xbox and other consumer products was a very flawed strategy and will hurt margins considerably. msft was founded as a software company and lost its focus with the bozo.

the fact that msft is now creating mini-ceo's is not new. ge did it over 20 years ago and msft and orcl completed this organizational change a few years back. as usual, msft is behind the curve.

rocky.
