which of the Arab states is the most powerful militarily? is it Iraq?

both egypt and saudi are heavily armed thanks to their friendship with the world's most prolific seller of arms, but i'd give the nod to egypt because of better motivation. even saudis don't seem to like the sa'ud family very much.
