I'm not being a smart ass, I just need to understand the parameters. It seems way too good to be true because 97 % winners is like having a license to print money.

Larry, that article said only 3.4% closed above $15 within the next year after having dropped into single digits.

In other words, if the stock fell to $9.99, it needed to appreciate over 50% to make the cut. That doesn't seem too fair a comparison, does it?
