There is a fast way to stop the suicide homicides, and it is the way of life in Egypt and Jordan. If a person blows themselves up from one of those countries, their entire family is put to death. If Arafat wanted to stop it, that announcement, that he is following the policy of the surrounding arab states would stop it immediately, except for those already drugged and readied.
