Re: Apple/AMD

Apple's OS/X is built on top of BSD Unix - which continues to be the OS of choice for Webservers. It's the most rock solid OS out there, with a better reputation for stability and security than Windows (duh!), Linux, or Solaris.

With a fast chip and the BSD foundation of OS/X, Apple could become a player in the server business.

niceguy: If you don't have Apple or AMD stock yet, you better get some, because WinTel is about to be schooled!

How does this jive with Jerry's recent "Windows rulez" interview? (He repeatedly stated that Microsoft Windows had won, period, and was the future of computing. In servers as well as desktops).
