you are pushing the comparison to its limit, I do not recall reading that Americans were targeting civilians and as a matter of fact only civilians.

Ted, American revolutionaries never specifically targeted civilians, including women and children. I never heard of Americans massacring Brits during a religious ceremony for the express purpose of shock value. I also never heard of any American calling for the elimination of England from the face of the earth.

The American revolutionaries wanted independence. Palestinians want independence. Hamas wants domination. And Hamas is perfectly willing to turn a righteous cause into an evil one. Why can't you see the distinction?

Because King George did not agree with that view, many of our forefathers became terrorists, ambushing and killing Brits on dark, forested roads, and by making stealth forays into the Brits' forts.

That's guerrilla warfare not terrorism. Terrorism is when you target civilians.

Tim

>Ten, as reported in the BBC article [see link below], there are several wings of the HAMAS......the military wing is responsible for the suicide bombings, other wings build schools and hospitals. I can't call an organization that does both inherently evil.

All of the wings are led by the same people... they help the people so the people join their cause.
