Could the Catholic church be responsible for the founding of NAMBLA?
Such an inference is not at all supported by the article. That said, it is quite a mess......

This is becoming less of an assault on the Roman Catholic Church...

and more and more an indictment of a predominantly male homosexual culture. The link between a priesthood that is 50% or more gay and the predatory sexual abuse of young boys cannot for much longer be denied. Does anyone truly doubt that if the Boy Scouts of America had let its scout leaders become a predominately gay group, and had as lax and permissive controls as the Church, that it would not be having the same problem?

The Church itself is not at fault for its doctrines, but for its inability to prevent the priesthood from turning so heavily gay, and for its weak and ineffective response to the resulting predatory assaults on boys. The Church, as a spiritual institution with its head in the clouds, is being hoisted on its own petard of being too understanding and forgiving of the wrong people.

It's getting worse by the day. Could the Catholic church be responsible for the founding of NAMBLA?

The word "horseshit" comes to mind. :-)
