D-man, help me understand your take on the share conversion! When the conversion time, in July, takes place I will be given in my Ameritrade account shares from the conversion. These shares I would think come from the authorized shares that are available and at that time will become o/s shares diluting things. They wouldn't come from the open market from investors who have been buying them during this time from the MM's, would they? I'm confused here. ;>)))!!!
