Dear FlapJack: I am a Floridian and while I am a supporter of Govenor Bush, I gotta admit, I think you got him there. haha. Wouldnt that be FUNNY? But, probably it has to be FEDERAL housing not state?? I understand that law but even old conservative me thinks it might be a little too harsh in many circumstances. jdn
