OK, I'll admit it. I'm afraid of the valuations that REITs are getting. I'm not saying they're overvalued. Investors are clearly deciding that yield and (relative) predictability are valuable. It is good to see; it is understandable, and I want to sell some of my gainers, but I am having too much fun and am too greedy. So I migrate from some stocks that have had an incredible gain, to those that have had a lesser gain.

I still see a lot of insider buying of certain REITs, and those that fill my other criteria are the one I am migrating to. I'll mention some that are insiders seem to be purchasing. At first glance these do not seem too bad to me -- MAA, NHP, NNN, EQY, HPT, AML, UDR, HIW. Comments welcome and appreciated.
