“The [Korean] government will likely introduce obstacles to prevent alternatives to costly cellular 4G networks – like Nokia’s Rooftop or MeshNetworks – from disrupting or threatening the incumbent carriers.” Those 802.16 technologies will become 4G long before the Korean gov't has anything to say about it, imho. They can resist if they wish but they risk becoming a backwater. Just noticed today that Flarion has opened an office in Korea. They must believe there is chance of getting their tech rolled out there... Rob
