Jim you're right about the install & service on the equipment from the smallest business phone systems to the the NT switch. The equipment is a small part of it. The support after the install is really important...you wouldn't believe the calls I get every day. That having been said....damn those prices are phenomenal! Is it a sign of the times that the item getting the most attention is a predictive dialer? Will telemarketing ever end?John John: Thank heavens for Telezapper... : > Jim
