So, most of the conventional infrastructure on the West Bank seems to be rubble at this point, but somehow the "terrorist infrastructure" is still in place. I'm sure it was all personally orchestrated by Arafat too, holed up in his little corner of the rubble, with an erratic cell phone that is by some low-tech miracle completely secure from Israeli surveillance and jamming.
