The Appeals Court reversed the lower courts decision on all but the speeding ticket. They unanimously ruled that I was guilty of speeding. They spent 18 pages of their ruling chewing out the lower court judge for his bias and ruled that he could no longer be involved with my trial since he expanded the case to include the DUI/reckless charges despite no evidence on either charge. Having found that I only violated a speed limit I decided to settle with the DA for a fine of $50.
