Everybody knows Venezuela exports oil and at the time market closing, Chavez was in. On monday morning, he is in still. So, no change is what I see. Risk of trouble spilling around has not increased over the weekend, right?

Markets apperently like the fact that Chavez seems ready to rein in his populist policies to a certain extent. That plus Powell's mission in the Mideast.
