sure they can reproduce and have a wife and kids at home while they are constantly out on the hunt I think you're being a little too dismissive of that. It's an option, perhaps not a perfect option, but an option not generally available to women. Having or not having that choice, whether one chooses it or not, is the essence of this issue. I think the bitterness in this, to the extent that the Dowd article demonstrates that, is that women had been lead to believe that they could have it all. Some of them bought it.
