I would put "Meddle" at the top of my list.

Of course "Echoes" is a classic, but I really love the other side of the album as well. "One of these days" is lyrical masterpiece <g> and "Fearless" makes my spirit rise by the end of the song when they have the crowd singing "you will never walk alone".

Of course, I love "Dark Side of the Moon", "Animals", "The Wall", "Wish you were Here" as well.....
