I agree, totally pathetic. Perhaps some poor investor that sold on the news can go ahead and sue the kid and his family for millions. Perhaps the fear of a lawsuit would have more of an affect than our 'Homeland Security' people would in deterring this type of thing.

Can't they tell the difference of the voice of a 13 year old from someone with a credible threat?
