AOL for overstating subscriber numbers stating that they include 30% non-paying or trial members.

now you are just making stuff up, AOL is not the one overstating Subscribers, they count subscribers by how many credit cards are being charged, that is how they have always counted subscribers....., and AOL increased from 33 million to 34 million last quarter, hardly negative growth....

MSN however rolled in 1 to 2 million WebTV subscribers, suddenly calling them MSN users, rather than what they are, which is WebTV users, inflating their numbers, and that is well documented..... your claims are nothing more than lies, as they always are...

MSFT is the one using the less than straight forward accounting tricks remember.... and they do the same thing with MSN..... when in fact MSN's market share got cut in nearly half last year...... that is not good, XBOX market share numbers are not good.... .Net (starting with its unpopular Microsoft Licensing 6.0 Program )has all of MSFT's customers up in arms already with the extra charges MSFT wants to charge them..... it's not looking good for MSFT even if they didn't have accounting problems and anti-trust problems... but they do...

oh, and your statement that MSN is catching AOL, when AOL added nearly as many users as MSN has all together in a single year is laughable at best..... not to mention the 200 million users AOL/TW has..... laughable or denial, or both, which is probably the case in your case....
