Another clue that the DOJ thinks that the states actions are off-base and potentially damaging. << might somehow obtain relief with wide-ranging, national economic implications." >> Wide ranging, national economic implications is a warning to the judge to be careful. They are telling her that this would be the first time that a small group of states could do dramatic harm to the national economy. They don't say it in so many words, but it's there. You just have to understand what they are attempting to pass on to the judge between the lines. IMO, Dave
