Booked I think is the right word in semiconductors, as in book-to-bill ratio.

Speaking to analysts during a first-quarter conference call, Hill also said he predicted net bookings of $250 million, and shipments of $215 million.

...or is it: Chairman and Chief Executive Richard Hill said expected Novellus to book $220 million in revenue, under new accounting rules that require companies to recognize revenue only after the product has been shipped and accepted by the customer.

On FASB changes to BtoB significance, I think there was an article in Barrons recently. Lizzie gave a pretty good rendition of it.
