Duke, that doesn't make sense. Feds should follow the law and give opinion on what they think is legal. Whether the states have meritworthy arguments or not should have no bearing on whether the states have the right to pursue antitrust lawsuits independent of the feds. Anyway, who knows how these lawyers think!

The stock is doing great!
