Well, I think the ME is a lot more complicated than dealing with Al Quaeda. The Palestians do have some legitimate aspirations to statehood. Their methods suck. This is a complicated world. Bush did finally manage to get an Arabic language denunciation of suicide bombing from Arafat.

I am not aware of PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH calling Arafart a terrorist. That is very specific. And there is no smoking gun. Israel, or the leader of Israel is free to express support or not for any of the actions undertaken by America. It's called free speech. Opinions on complex issues seldom fall into black and white.

But some like to read into all kinds of complex innuendo to very simple expressions. I don't get angry unless someone is lying. I get amused by those who make stupid assumptions and read into things imaginary implications.

If you recall, in Afghanistan the people of Afghanistan fought the Arab terrorists and were helped by US bombing of very specific military targets.

Your analogy is flawed. You make an equality of missions with and equality of methods. This is an opinion on methods or means to an end. There is no objection to the mission.
Mission, eliminate all terrorists.
