JFD, <What part of Mr. Saunders comments would you disagree with?> I don't recall Windsock ever disagreeing with the comments coming out of the mouth of Sanders. He's just questioning whether Sanders is the best guy to make Microsoft's case. Apparently he's not, and he only helped the states, just like Microsoft's fake demonstration in front of Judge Jackson. Any testifying expert will review materials on the subject before they testify. And every time the expert testifies, the opposing attorney will ask about the materials that were reviewed. This has happened throughout the Microsoft trial and the most interesting stuff has appeared when the witnesses for both MS and the Govt were examined by the opposing attorneys. Re:"Mr. Saunders was testifying as to the appropriateness of balkanizing MSFT's code." Someone forgot to tell Jerry that there would be a test on the subject matter, i.e. the proposed remedies. Jerry, armed with his huge ego, did not even read the homework assignment before he took the test -- not even the Cliff Notes summary. Imagine a child offering a book report on a book that he or she has never read. The teacher discovers that the book report was just based on what "everyone knows". Do you think that the book report will get a passing grade or an F?
