I have placed you in Cos's system as #3.

I was sitting here puzzling over why you and Marie were so quick to reject studies from the 80s and 90s that I produced and yet you are willing to use one that is well over 30 years old. The common sense you seem to think so highly of tells me that that same study may have less relevance today because gays no longer have to behave as abnormally because they are not treated as abnormally.

I think it is also highly likely that gays have more partners not because they are gay but because they are men.
Gay AND straight men are far more likely to sleep with multiple partners than women who aren't designed to spread sperm hither and thither.

You may have some valid points, JC, but I just can't get beyond your determined effort to reject, ignore, or attempt to discredit anything that might force you to modify your stance. In order to arrive at some truth, we have to be willing to consider all the possibilities-- that's all I ask.

I think Rambi's response to you was more calm than I can manage right now. The only thing I could add to her answer is that I see, in posts like yours, the ugly underbelly of homophobic Americans exposing itself again and it makes me very angry.
