I suspect that 3400+ will be using the same formula that AMD is using today. Their lack of differentiating it so far reinforces my belief that they intend it to be a linear "adder" to their megahertz rating in order to look competitive wrt Intel. Going forward, this is a losing strategy, so I would either expect AMD to either re-adjust the "formula" later this year as reality sets in, or they will experience the "Pinnochio Factor" that has been long predicted from both this thread, and other independent sources.

I don't get it. Sanders (not Saunders!) read from a script - handed to him from Bill Gates himself. Why would this make him your hero?
