Interesting paragraph copy and paste directly from 10Q. Notice the company declared the dividend on July 16th 2001, and this is the filing for annual report ending December 31 2001.

<< As of March 18, 2002, there were approximately 800 record holders of the common stock representing 43,516,620 shares outstanding. The Company has not paid any cash dividends on its Common Stock, and it currently intends to retain any future earnings to fund the development and growth of its business.

The Company has paid no dividends to date and does not anticipate paying any for the foreseeable future.>>

So what was that all about? Didn't they announced a dividend or did they not? :)

haha Dave.. Yeah, what happened to old Ernie?

I remember his old SYTE pumps.. lol..

I think, as long as they can print more shares, it'll take
a natural disaster to shut down any of these OTCBB scams..

They just keep on ticking along.. lol
