Thread:buy a put or sell a call?
My fear is stoked by the shrill cries from Jerry that hammer is *"the single most important thing in the company's future."

Considering the risks and rewards of the quarterly results and the CC(with seemingly less potential for upside guidance than downside slips); to protect every 100 taxable long shares would you buy a put, sell a call or build a collar? at what strike and expiration month?

Please turn in your answers before noon eastern <ggg> This is an open book exam!

Kudos to Intel for giving us a leg up, here's hoping AMD don't stink up the joint tonight!

Re: Looks like a paper launch to me that points to continuing problems with Thoroughbred

Looks to me like Intel cut their mobile prices in half, desperate to deny AMD mobile SKUs.

This will force Intel to keep desktop prices higher than they otherwise would be.
