Tell me, why is no Luftwaffe pilots were ever charged with war crimes for attacking columns with civilian refugees. Everything of any military value was evacuated by trains and cars so those columns had zero military value. Germany was tried for war crimes but that was not among them. No one ever argued that it should be, do you think they should?
Dresden is one of the horrors of wwii but it hardly qualifies as war crime.

exactly, and London had minor causalties while german pilots targeted far more civilians on Russian territory.
