"...imply that gays are somehow less in control of their behavior than straights. I think he used the word "aberrant." This denotes a deviancy but does not imply less or more control. The general attitude about the homosexuality ranges from an inborn secure orientation to a moving about in life style preferences. I am not aware of a study regarding self control that compares gays and heterosexuals but any one who claims that being a heterosexual is equivalent to self control is very ill informed.
