Nope, that's why I said "maybe". I'm not assuming it's false either. Probably we'll never know.

From my experience, there is usually some truth, some exaggeration in stuff like that.

I've never had a real high opinion of Mr. Sanders, just from the way that he talks about his competition. I guess this does reenforce that feeling.

The news story is true because a suit has been filed.

The question is, are Magribi's allegations factual ?

And was his ill treatment a result of ethnic bias in the trauma of post September 11 society, or was it a result of the meltdown of the Flash Business ?

Sanders indeed does not watch what he is saying. I heard that in the last conference call he berated the intelligence of Asians, since they were not buying AMD.

But it would be regrettable for a CEO to have the attitudes of a redneck.

I think AMD should settle out of court, and real fast. And maybe Magribi is just looking for "hush money".

In any case it is a real ugly situation.
