jj,

The market is growing tired waiting for QCOM's story to play out. Agreed.

The long version of the story, the one where CDMA carriers must take customers from their competitors and islands of non-competition, like Euro, remain off-limits, is starting to look like the path we must follow.

On the bright side, KDDI is actively swiping customers from Docomo, and PCS is poised to do the same.

It ain't the rosy Walter P. story, but we are finally approaching the end-game.

JJ, can chart patterns get mixed together? We had a H/S in qcom last winter, with the right shoulder about jan 1, I believe, with the following decline from that pattern ending in Feb, followed by a typical pull back rally. I would seem unlikely that we would have another H/S superimposed on the pull back rally, but maybe this can happen. My Dad is trying to tell me that qcom is forming a double bottom here (stoopit bull....g), but I think more likely a descending triangle. BRCD looks like a clear example of a descending triangle right now, and qcom might follow this pattern, as the techs seem to be largely trading together.
