your disclaimer reads <<Disclaimer ---- this thread is intended solely for discussion and sharing of ideas that hopefully will help us all to become more successful investors and traders. No one is thought to be giving insider information or to be licensed professional. The information presented by me, while believed to be accurate, is not guaranteed. No trade suggestions or strategies are ever guaranteed to be successful. It is strongly advised that everyone do their own verification and due diligence before making any investment decisions or employing any investment techniques mentioned here. The best philosophy is to trust no one on any message board. If you do so, it is at your own risk. <Also, on 4/9/02 I entered into a verbal agreement to receive some one year restricted stock for some 30-day exposure help on a penny stock HQNT, which I have followed for years. This means I cannot sell the stock for at least one year, which hopefully will prove to everyone that this is a long term committment to its potential.>> you say you have followed this stock for years--care to prove that. Where are their offices , have you ever seen them. And can you prove that your shares are restricted--i will never believe it unless you show proof.
Dave you have given not one satisfactory answer, you to me are just a two-bit shill for a scam stock.

HQNT's late filings, IMHO, bring up an issue of simple managerial competence, (or lack thereof).

2000
Notification of Late Filing filed 3/30/2000.
10K (annual report) filed on 4/14/2000
10K amended on 4/14/2000
10K amended again on 4/18/2000
10K amended yet a third time on 5/26/2000.
(That's nearly 60 days between the Late Filing notice and the final amendment.)

2001
Notification of Late Filing filed 3/30/2001.
10K filed 5/29/2001
(That's nearly 60 days between the Late Filing notice and the 10K itself.)

Notification of Late Filing filed 8/15/2001.
10Q filed 8/23/2001.

Notification of Late Filing filed 11/15/2001.
10Q filed 11/21/2001.

2002
Notification of Late Filing filed 3/29/2002

What's with these people?

THEY MAY BE THE WORLD'S MOST BRILLIANT ENGINEERS, SCIENTISTS, OR WHATEVER, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY KNOW HOW TO RUN A COMPANY!
