Yes, and I happen to agree that the demand for this information is baseless and therefore should be protected. This is certainly in no way related to lying, obfuscating the facts, or any other inappropriate activity. This is a legal dispute, which will be resolved in the courts. When it is resolved, I'm confident Bush will comply with the Supreme Court's determination, whatever it is.

Nonsense. FOI does not cover documents that relate to presidential policy advisors.
