Thanx for your input I was hoping you would answer too.

I do worry about interest rate hikes & stagflation or inflation.

I also agree about insurance costs, major huge problem.

Still wonder though if there may be quiet accumulation going on, this would be thinking longterm I suppose. Just because the naz has basically held, even the DOw is just in its trading range forever now. I guess we'll see what else happens this week.
