I'm not sure which chart you are looking at that shows lower lows. Maybe the XTC?- because frankly, the Dow, the mid caps, and the RUT charts look like a perfect series of higher highs and higher lows since the Sept. '01 bottom. Maybe I should stand on my head while looking at them so I can be bearish too.

Even the much maligned SPX still shows a series of higher lows. Speaking of religion- You must have alot of faith in your CI's to remain bearish for this long past the bottom. I have more faith in market internals and basic TA.
