Who said he was manipulating prices.......he was trying to prevent inflationary damage to the economy...something the law encourages This is a crock. It was a political ploy and you know it. It is inconceivable to me that, even you, could believe there was a legitimate purpose to the drawdown. If you do believe it, you're either totally naive or totally dumb. Lest I be accused of calling you names, I'll just assume you're trying to create an argument where none should exist.
