Count me out of this measure. But anyway, my apartment is heated by steam which is a waste product from power plants, so there is no extra energy consumed to keep me comfortable.


Joe, I knew that would be your reaction......that's most people's reaction btw....that's why I didn't say when we posted on the issue. Unfortunately, our heat is not provided by steam as a waste product.......btw did you know that is the heating source for a lot of Moscow?

And I have to admit, the heat stays closer to 60 than 55. ;~))
