Its the orders! Highest in 12 months. First data point on the other side of a long 11 month bottom. Since it is a 3 month average which increased ~$100M, expectations are for continued solid growth. The bottom in orders was 80% below the top. Even double digit quarterly gains will not be able to make very large jumps toward the previous highs, but a slow recovery should help us understand what is happening, how long it will continue, and how high it will rise.
