Look Tench: INTC thinks that by not speaking out on these proposed egregious sanctions that they are being clever. But jus like in Nazi Germany the next knock on the door may be at Intel's house. AMD is getting paid back for coming to the aaid of MSFT in court.

By the way it was announced on CNBC tonight.

Things will get extremely ugly if Bill Gates started a personal vendetta against Intel. Are you sure "pay back time" is the most pragmatic course of action?

Gates isn't stupid. He can see the manufacturing problems AMD is having as easily as everyone else. No way is he putting much faith in AMD. This is no surprise to me and no biggie either. This was expected.
