No, I'm not absolutely sure. My source was CYMI conference call Q&A a couple years ago when I held CYMI.

However, It seems reasonable given that CYMI does the maintenance of its lasers globally, a capability which the other competitors (pretenders) just don't have. And I suspect that the specific laser used probably has a major affect on process repeatability -- something which the chipmakers would want to have under their exclusive control.

DUV lasers aren't a commodity. At least, not yet. CYMI is a near monopoly for good reason.
