I agree with the issues you have identified, but not your conclusion that they won't disappear. They could all be fixed if - a big "if" - the Board screwed up its courage and did the right thing. Replacing the Koz will take some time, but it ought to happen.

With an incredibly detailed press release, weekly conf calls and no mgmt bonuses, your first statement doesn't hold water. With a $40 billion market cap, your second statement is just plain idiotic. Sorry to be blunt, but what do you expect when you pour salt on our wounds and make totally off base statements?
