If Abullah wants to be taken seriously he should fly to China, not Crawford.

Perhaps a series of meetings with Jiang Zemin to discuss weapons purchases and military training on Saudi soil would raise the eyebrows of the U.S. and Russia. Maybe they can meet after Zemin rests up from his five-country visit that just ended in Iran.

Probably will never happen - it would require some effort, some motivation, that, if it exists, I have never seen in Saudi Arabia.
