I am willing to concede I am wrong. Will you do likewise, when there is evidence that the number of Austin CPUs have dropped, while the total unit increased or stayed the same? (meaning Dresden output increased) I don't believe I've ever said AMD's yields can't improve. They can and perhaps they will. The point is that there has been a severe yield problem and management has told you straight to your face that AMD had excellent yields when they knew it wasn't true. The numbers shown in the CC are sufficient evidence to support a class action suit based on known industry standards and AMD's public statements. EP
