i agree with you about the mtl coach buckey... but as someone that played at a high level, you know that lowering the beam on someone is not done with your eyes closed. Yah he came in low, but Maclaren was still headhunting imo... zednik did not drop his head at the last nanosecond. Playoffs are tough and this stuff happens, but I have to call it as i see it. Mack may not have wanted to fracture his whole face, but he certainly wanted to ring his bell and send a message "keep your head up" Not too cool That being said, if Mtl goes after thorton now, it is far worse. m
